Shipping charges are determined during checkout and depend on your selected shipping options. International shipping charges depend according to the carrier you choose while placing your order. We use Sendle and Australia Post as per your choice to ship your parcels. If you wish to order our wool dryer balls from outside unsupported countries, please contact us at [email protected] for special delivery. We will let you know the total cost including delivery charges via email.
Your items are dispatched typically the next business day. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email after your order is prepared and dispatched. We use Sendle and Australia Post for deliveries. The Carrier of your parcel will depend upon your delivery address. We always pick the best and fastest carrier applicable to your shipping address.
All deliveries are trackable. Sendle deliveries are dispatched with ATL (Authority to Leave) where your items are left in a safe place if you are not present at your home/delivery address. For items dispatched via Australia Post, they may be sent to your nearest post office for collection if you are not present at your home /delivery address.
We also accept PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses for deliveries within Australia. However, items for these addresses are shipped using Australia Post only. For international orders, we are unable to ship to a PO Box and require a physical street address.
For most orders in Australia, typically items are delivered within a maximum of 7 days from dispatch. Currently, our customers have been experiencing delivery delays via Australia Post. these are beyond our control and have been caused because of unforeseen circumstances like recent floods and weather challenges.
